ERROR 10097 still occurs

Since yesterday the app pops an error 10097 in both laptop and phone when using Wi-Fi. Works with data. However since it is a known problem it needs to be solved.

Right now im still experiencing this and it's really frustrating. When i want to play i hope that i get through that loading 9/39 on startup, most of the time i dont and just give up. This keeps happening on both device, Mac and Android.
I ask some help about this error on r/ptcgl subreddit, they told me that this is a common problem when playing on a wifi connections and if i have an unlimited data on a cellular connection i should switch to that.
It's ridiculous that i have to spend money for data to play when i have a working wifi connection at home.
