not received online packs from codes

Hey all

I am new to the game but have been collecting Pokemon cards for 3 months and

I have been holding onto my code cards.

However I have redeemed 150 cards and have received the online booster packs in the TCG online.

But upon entering 60 codes ranging from Astral Radiance to Lost Origin Fusion Strike and Silver Tempest. All came up redeemed. But upon entering the game I never received my packs. :(

All the other codes I redeemed worked without a problem... I haven't reached the soft limit and I am no where near the limit to reach it yet.

I did redeem some of my Scarlet & Violet codes in game instead of the website and had no issues with receiving my packs.

Please can someone shed some light on this for me as I have now lost 60 codes as the redeem section says I have received them already when I haven't

    I recommend you open a ticket with the support team for this instance. To do so, please visit https://support.pokemon.com/ and then click the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live link. From there click "Contact Us".

    Knowing these guys, they left the redeem page for PTCGO up and you accidentally used it instead of the one for Live.
