Gameplay Bugs

So through two days of playing there seems to be several bugs that involve attacking/retreating/abilities that occur randomly and don't go away without a reset. I've been playing Mew Vmax and I've had several games where I couldn't use a genesect ability going first with 0 cards in hand, in another I was unable to attack with mew Vmax even with 2 psychic energies and having just promoted it to the active. There have also been incidents where I couldn't retreat a free retreat pokemon and no galar mine stadium in play or other modifiers to increase Mew's retreat cost.

I'm unsure what causes these bugs but in my experience once they begin to appear they don't go away without closing and restarting the game
