Champion's Festival and League Promo energy

Why are these cards unexchangeable? Especially now that Champion's Festival is a playable card, it feels like gatekeeping to keep it away from players who have never been to worlds. The whole point of Live was to make it so cards were more accessible. Also league promo black and white energy doesn't even have any playability reasons why it wouldn't be available. Just let us have access to the coolest energy.
