Is there is any to get all of the cards and items I had from the old TCG online game?

Have you checked in Expanded?

Also, not all cards are supported in PTCGL. For instance, HeartGold/SoulSilver won't transfer at all. X&Y-series cards are coming, but aren't in yet. I think only Sun&Moon through Silver Tempest actually came over.

Nevermind. It just took a little looking around to find all of my stuff. Game might take a little to navigate but looks good so far.
