Not able to do anything but end turn

I have been having a consistent issue where I cannot perform any actions besides ending my turn. The bug has been happening after I retreat a Pokémon or attach an energy to one. After if do either of these I am not able to play any items, supporters, or use abilities. I am using the mobile version of TCG Live and have been loosing dozens of matches because I loose all momentum.
