Koraidon ex not able to attack even after rest turn

In my last game I had Koraidon ex out in play with 4 fighting energies attached. On one turn I attacked, ending my turn. The next turn I simply ended my turn without using an ability or attacking. The following turn I wanted to attack again but I could not. I was playing an Arcanine ex team - I didn’t note any cards in play that would have prevented me from attacking.
