something wrong with downloading

https://installer.studio-prod.pokemon.com/installer/PokemonTCGLiveInstaller.msi i found the problem with downloading on site for windows

    I'm trying to load POkemon TCG live after having played pokemon tcg for years. What happened? I cannot get the app to load beyod "loading local assets 5/37

    Yeah I download a fresh file of this and I haven't played in ages and all it does is before closing out. I talked to the Support people hopefully they can find the problem I'm having to send them a DirectX Diagnostic file Info
