Squawkabilly ex ability

Squawkabilly ex's ability "Squawk and Seize" only rarely seems to work. It should be working once each turn. The game just won't let me trigger it.

    Re-read the ability. It only works on your first turn. It would be a completely broken and toxic card otherwise.
