Packs redeemed on website not showing up in game

I redeemed quite a few packs (Using the website, rather than ingame) but they were never received ingame, instead whenever I log in now I get the popup window you would expect after redeeming codes, but its blank and nothings been added to my collection either... I tried redeeming 1 code after ingame and that worked without issue, so it seems to be a website redemption issue. I dont know if other people have experienced this when redeeming via the website.

Yes, also the redeem web site was unstable not allowing to login multiple times and unresponsive after submit the codes, this started few days ago I even created a post here about that... without any response so far.

My guess is that after the majority of players migrated more of us are using the TCG Live redeem web site (the new set release also contributes) and server side they may not have been prepered for the increased number of users... just a guess... or maybe is just a new bug ☹️

Anyway would be important to fix this I personally use it a lot.

I also just encountered this. 50+ code cards redeemed with nothing showing up in game. Just the empty dialog like OP. Super disappointing

I just redeemed 10 packs, and I'm not seeing any of the cards I opened after logging into the game in my collection.

I experienced this last night. In total I lost 17 codes to the void.

Get the same bug ingame. I lost around 25 code card. I get nothing and the number of open pack on this series go up.
