There was an issue with loading TCG Pokemon Live. Please try again. ERROR :{0}

Receiving. this error after clicking through the maintenance message and choosing language prompt. After I retry, it loops through the whole process. Cant' get passed the error message. Anyone else having this issue too?

I'm not sure if that would help, but I changed the device name of my PC (main page of 'Setting') to totally English, and it worked.
