Missing a deckbox?

I recently migrated my account from PTCGO and saw that my deck box and sleeve from the Pikarom tin didnt carry over but the Reshizard box from the ETB did, is there a way to get my Pikarom accessories?

Few of my sun and moon era onward gameplay missing:

Pokémon center Etb giratina box, normal etb giratina sleeve, etb zapdos& moltres & articuno both sleeve and box, and all v battle deck boxes .

A blue and white energy sleeve (idk if this is something can carry over)

From what I’ve read on other sites deck cosmetics that come from products like the older tins and Battle Decks don’t transfer.

I’d consider opening up a support ticket in regards to the ETB-related cosmetics, but the V Battle Deck boxes and possibly the blue-and-white Energy sleeves don’t transfer.

Not expect getting everything back, but at least etb are fine.
