Bibarel not selectable on bench

I had Bibarel placed on the first slot on the bench with Exp. Share attached. Some time during the game, a visual glitch happend with the attached Tool, which also seemed to make Bibarel unselectable. In turn, I was not able to use Industrious Incisors or even select him to move Energy to my active Pokémon with Armarouge's Fire Off ability.
