Giratina card back inheritance problem

My giratina pokémon elite trainer box card back was inherited into the giratina Pokémon Center elite trainer box card back, is this a bug?

    Same bug impacted me, reported a week ago, no response as of yet. I've seen other players with the correct card sleeve so it does exist on the platform.
