Are my missing cards gone forever?
Just migrated over from TCG Online and I am missing multiple Pikachu V cards. I had three different Pikachu V cards that all had different movesets, which should've counted them as individual cards, but I only have one in my card library. Is there something I can do to get these cards back? This royally screwed my custom deck, and has made me not even want to play...

Not sure what you mean by "card library", probably you mean the cards that show in the EXPANSIONS under SHOP tab? if so that is not the best way to check for all your cards.
TCG Live don't have yet a proper card collection, the current best way to view all your cards it's by going to the deck builder... so maybe you didn't lose the cards to be sure you can do this:
In the Deck Builder go to the Filters and choose SHOW CARDS: Owned and FORMAT: All you can then type Pikachu in the search bar to see all the ones you got. There is one more detail, when you select one of the Pikachu it will popup all of that specific Pikachu rarities/sets. From there you can check if any card is missing, if they are still missing the best to do it's to contact the support so they can help to find out what happened to your cards.
