In the game, the V pokemon can still use the ability of Forest Seal Stone een with a path to the peak in play, that means is a issue in the game

When Path to the Peak is in play Pokémon with a Rule Box have no Abilities.

Forest Seal Stone it's not an Ability the Pokemon has, but it's an Ability the Pokemon has access to.

So acording to the rules you can use Forest Seal Stone with Path to the Peak in play.
