Gloria Glitch

I was playing a ranked match. When I play the supporter card "Gloria" to search for 3 basic pokemon without rules boxes, it does not allow me to choose "Tarountula", this has occured on my childs' account as well. I can choose other cards, but because the deck is built around "spidops ex" which evolves from "tarountula" it basically has crippled any matches played trying to use "Gloria". I can see the "tarountula" card on my screen along with others, but when i go to select "tarountula" the card shakes but doesn't allow for selection.
