It's not fair we have to wait extra after our opponent rage-quits
Like c'mon, we have to wait 5 minutes or whatever before the game detects inactivity and gives us the win?... We all know sore losers close the game instead of conceding or finishing the game just to make us wait extra... It's not fair so fix it

There is nothing they can do about that. It would be way more unfair to make an instant loss after one turn of AFK. It's also more likely that they DC'd than rage quit. Just relax.
Also closing the game counts as conceding.

Nah, 'cause it always happens when you're about to win or have taken a huge lead and it's obvious they won't recover so they rage quit 'cause they can't handle the burn.
