Gardevoir ex Psychic Mirage broken

It feels like every other game I run into a problem with Gardevoir ex. The ability freezes CONSTANTLY and I've had game at least 3 times today and the game froze attaching the energy. Also sometimes it decides that it doesn't want to attach to a few of your psychic Pokémon for no reason. My last gripe with it is that it is abysmally slow. It takes forever to load energy.
