Can’t play Giratina V

my opponent used Seething Currents to shuffle my hand to the bottom of my deck and draw 4 cards, I had Giratina V in my hand and 3 cards in my deck, I drew it back but couldn’t play it and cost me the game

That's a Vstar, which is an evolution card, and you don't have a basic stage giratina v on the board, which is wht you couldn't play it.

Maybe you posted there wrong print screen... or you need to explain the situation better.

"I had Giratina V in my hand and 3 cards in my deck"

In that image you don't have Giratina V in your hand and you don't have 3 cards in your deck... your deck has 11 cards.
