Generic Server Error When Purchasing with Crystals

I just attempted to buy the Champions Path Marnie bundle from the shop for 2000 crystals and I received a generic server error that said the transaction was unsuccessful. I tried again and got the same message. Upon restarting the app I was charged 4000 crystals for duplicate copies of the bundle.
Is there some way to get the crystals refunded?
