Wooloo sleeve redemption issue

Hey,

I've heard of other people having this issue, but I just ran into a problem redeeming Wooloo sleeves with coins. When I tried to get them (from the deck accessory editor if there's another place to get them), I received an error message (that I should have jotted down, but didn't). It didn't look like my coins were deducted when buying them, but when I logged out and logged back in, the coins had been taken. But the sleeves still weren't purchased.

So I figured I should post here to report the issue.
