Unexpected Pack redeemed

I’m sorry, my English is not good.

When I logged in PTCG Live, I have sometimes got 1 to 4 packs without enter the codes for redeeming packs. I think this phenomenon is due to a bug or account jacking. Does anyone know about it?

    When you first login after the ranked ladder ends you receive rewards that can include multiple packs.

    The ladder just has reset few days ago (resets at the end of each month). Probably that's the reason why you are getting packs.

    Thank you for answering.

I was able to get packs regardless of the end of the ladder, so what you said probably wasn't the cause.

After changing the password, the phenomenon of suddenly receiving a pack disappeared.

    Oh that is weird, maybe was like you said someone with access to your account would redeem codes from the Live web site, since after you change the password it stoped.

    But it's still odd that a person would get access to your account and all they do is redeem pack codes lol thats something special hehe but good you could solve the situation.
