BUYERS BEWARE - BOOSTER PACKS - all my crystals got taken but no goods

I was trying to exchange purple crystals for S&V Packs worked a couple times.
In between purchases that worked (twice) got alot of error messages saying couldn't complete.
After logging into again it looks like the system continues to deduct over 10'000 crystals without giving any cards.
If someone from tech team reads this love your help to recover the hard earnt crystals 😅
