Bug in Regieleki Vmax attack, allows attack every turn.
My daughter was playing this morning against a yellow deck using Regieleki Vmax. The person attacked, and showed the RED down arrow to acknowledge that card could NOT attack on the next turn. She then used Boss orders to bring forward another Regieleki Vmax which she was able to kill. The opponent placed the Regieleki Vmax with the "Cannot attack this turn" red arrow into active spot. The card still showed the red arrow and indicated by clicking on it something to the effect of this card cannot attack. The opponent then used the only attack and won the game. Had the effect worked, and they had no other cards with energy... assuming they couldn't move energy and switch out the active, the following turn my daughter would have won the match. She doesn't care if she wins or not, but asked me what went wrong? We discussed the strategy and made sure it should have worked. No cards were played, or ability to remove the attack limitation.

It's not a bug, moving to the bench removes effects and limitations on the pokemon.
