Does anyone know why grass type rowlet and it's evolutions are banned?
One of my decks I made around decidueye was invalid and I could not use it. I go to fix it and remove a few cards I then change my mind and think oh I can use this personally I don't need to use it against online players I go to fix it and put the cards back and they're gone. were they removed? And if so why?

They rotated. Every year or so the oldest year of cards in Standard rotates and is no longer playable in Standard. This year, cards with the "D" regulation mark in the lower left corner were removed.
This is something you're just going to have to get used to if you want to play Pokémon TCG. Your cards won't be playable forever, and you'll have no choice but to make new decks at some point.

But why remove it from the game entirely?

It's just disappointing that cards will disappear and if they come back I will have to get it again.

I don't mind having to make new decks. I just don't like losing the cards entirely.

It's still in the game. You just can't play it in Standard. Only Expanded. The reason you don't see them is that you have the filter set to only show standard cards. Nothing was removed.
They'll never come back into standard.

That's annoying that they won't come back but now I have a new question how can I look at them?

You change your filter to show Expanded cards.
You can still play them in Expanded.
Also, that Decidueye doesn't protect against ex, so it would be really bad in the current format anyway.
