Both cards should be visible when making a selection on shining arcana

Currently when using shining arcana, if there is 1 energy and 1 other card, the user is not able to view the other card when deciding if/where they want to attach the energy. If you think about how this effect would work on tabletop, the user obviously needs to view both cards when determining if there are any energy to attach, so they should have the information of what the other card is when choosing whether or not to attach the energy.
