You can use Cram-o-matic by discarding Choice Belt

It is mentioned in Pokémon Official Website that starting with Scarlet & Violet, all Tool cards will be their own category and not as Item cards. Like players would no longer put any Tool cards discarded by PokéStop into their hand, or Vitality band says item on it but won't be considered as an Item card, just a Tool card.
In order to use Cram-o-matic, you need to discard another Item card from your hand. However, in Live I can still play Cram-o-matic by choosing Choice Belt, despite it being considered as Tool card instead of Item card.

This bug is only in test mode, I assume because they haven't figured out how or don't have time to make the AI work with the errata. It works properly in all other modes against actual people.
