When oinkologne ex moves from the bench with an energy, double turbo energy, and choice belt thenchoice belt is not calculated in the damage. The second move is base 210, DTE lowers to 190, bit choice belt should raise to 220. However it remains 190 as if choice belt is not applied. This only happens when moving from the bench to the active. When DTE or choice belt is added to the active oinkologne it works for 220. I have lost multiple games because it does not calculate the extra 30 from choice belt when promoting from the bench fully loaded.

Are you sure in the cases you described your opponent's Active Pokémon it's a V/VMax?
