something wrong when login

in Pokémon TCG LIVE Bugs & Feedback #1

PC when i wanna login in to the game.

i can't open the page to input my account and password.

after 3~5s it will be back to the title and error code:10099.

and the debug.log:

Opening the pipe with CreateFileA() failed. Error: 2

is there anyone has some idea about to fix the bug?

    I had a slightly different but similar problem. Initially, I had to "right click" the shortcut and select "Run as Administrator." That fixed the issue from then on.

    Had the same problem I had to open and close several times, took a long time but eventually was able to login.
