Error 10097
After updating I get stuck on the loading streen at “Printing Cards 31/35” and get Error 10097.
I’m using an iPhone 6s Plus, the game worked before this update.

Ya. Only seems to be when using wifi for me. Have attempted on multiple devices with the same error 10097.
Only thing I noticed it seems to work when I use cellular rather than wifi connection.
No VPN and no fire wall on my modem. Speed tests show good results. Just started doing it today for me.

since they opened pokemon live to the world this error started to come out.. i think servers are not still able to support traffic, because i can play at some hours only (i think when there are less people connected...)
hope they fix the problem soon

I am getting the same error, but only if on my PC (ethernet) or on mobile (wifi). With my mobile on cellular data (4G or 5G) I am able to log in. on PC or wifi I get error 10097.
