Evolution not properly resetting ability (Kirlia / Gardevoir)

I used the Refinement ability on Kirlia, then evolved it, but Gardevoir was not allowed to use the Refinement ability on the same turn. When a Pokemon evolves it is not considered the same Pokemon, and as such, statuses (such as ability used) are reset. This is a significant bug that will effect the draw economy of the Gardevoir ex deck in most games.

You're right that this is a bug, but you should be playing the Shining Arcana Gardevoir, not Refinement. The Refinement Gardevoir is just worse in every relevant way.
