The game being unresponsive on PC

I understand that this is technically a beta version of LIVE but why in the world does a bug that makes the game unresponsive and literally unplayable still exist in the game after however many months the game has been in open beta? It's very frustrating to lose games because the game breaks on you. The mobile version seems more stable so I guess I'm sticking to that version.
How has your experience been with the game lately? I've started to notice the game breaking bugs more recently but that's probably due to me using the PC client more lately.
