Bug with escape rope and cramorant

Opponent used escape rope and I selected to switch in my comfee after witch my comfee stayed on my bench and my cramorant and my giratina both switched to the active spot. the game would randomly not allow me to select the active Pokémon to do any actions and i only got the bug fixed 6 turns later and had to use thorton so swap cramorant with a sableye.
