Game doesen't end after timer stops (IMPORTANT)

I was playing a game against someone else, and all of a sudden, after a few moves from him, on his turn, he just didn't do anything, until the whole timer reached zero, and the game wasn't over, I'm not trying to accuse anyone, but maybe some people are taking advantage of this glitch to force other players to ''surrender'' and, with that, giving them the victory without so much effort.

This is a known issue for a long time now. The cause of it is a desync. Basically, there was a connection issue between you and the server, and you DC'd but the game didn't pick it up. If a minute goes by with no actions by your opponent, close your game. It's already over and you were determined as the loser.
