Scanned redeem codes but lost them

I took the time to scan in 8 pack codes only to submit them and it clears the screen, I didnt get to open them. I tried to re scan them only to have it way that the card has already been redeemed. Any way this can be fixed so I can get my cards back.

I’m having the same problem and no, they weren’t redeemed. There was a problem scanning and submitting them yesterday through the app and now they don’t work. Only 2 codes that I didn’t scan worked when I tried again after a few hours.

Support hasn’t responded.
