Unable to login on Android mobile app

When I get to the login screen and put my username and password in I click the green login button, the button turns grey and nothing else happens. It just sits on that screen. All the other buttons seem to work properly, just not the login. I tried a reinstall and still had the same issue.

    I forgot to mention in the original post my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S22+. Android version 13.

    I tested on my wife's phone which is the same and had the exact same issue.

    Same experience here on a Kindle Fire 10 HD. After waiting for several minutes it finally progressed, but continually gets stuck on a grey screen, until switching apps away and back seemed to get me to the main menu. It's so choppy though I don't trust it to actually play well.

    I am having this same problem on my Galaxy S23.

    It was weird because on my first attempt, when I put in my email address instead of my username, the app was quick to tell me I did something wrong. Then when I entered my username and password properly it seemed to get stuck with the login button in grey.
