Ultra Ball Glitched

This happens probably 50% of the time I use Ultraball. All pokemon in my deck are selectable EXCEPT the one I want. It pops up but no matter how many times I click on it it does not select. It's literally always the card I need to as if the game knows...
I would suspect have suspected it just somehow makes the first one you click unselectable but I've tested that and even if I click another one first with this bug in mind, it still somehow knows what I really want and makes that one unselectable lol.
I've lost count how many games I've lost just because of this silly bug.
I'm on PC btw.
