Did not receive boosters after redeeming codes

Logged into my account using my iPad, Safari - 8 Battle Styles Redemption codes redeemed and still none of these booster packs have shown up in my account. Logged in and out again. Confirmed the codes were redeemed (on May 17th). I have redeemed cards before and it has worked, but this time nothing. Why is this?

This problem can have some reasons to occur and because of that, I recommend that you open a ticket with our fantastic support team. Here are the steps to do so:
1-Please go to https://support.pokemon.com/
2-Click the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live link.
3-When there, click "Contact Us" and specify what the issue you are facing is.
