Infinite loading when testing Decks

I want to test decks to get familiar with them as I am still new to the TCG and have only been playing the theme decks on PTCGO. However whenever I select "test deck" In PTCG Live it just loads infinitely. I am playing on PC on Windows 10, not sure this has anything to do with it or if its just a bug.

    I have the same infinitely loading bug after select "Test deck" and it's not new I haven't been able to test for months. I'm aware it only happens to some players.

    Anyway to be honest I prefer to test it on "Casual" matches. But it's bug so they should fix it. Maybe try to contact the PCI support.

    Also it has nothing to do with Windows version (I have Windows 11).

    I have the same issue on PC Version (Windows 10). It works perfectly fine on Android (Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G, Android v13)

    I've tested both legal and illegal decks or different times of day etc. On PC it always ends on infinite loading
