Regarding Photosensitivity

I've noticed that some of the effects in the game cause a sort of flashing effect, most notably when a lightning pokemon moves to the active spot and when selecting prize cards as of the last update. Can these please either be reduced across the board, or have an option to reduce/remove the effects be added to the mobile clients?
