Bug Involving Opponent's looking or targeting Miraidon ex

I was playing a ranked game and had 2 prizes left. I tried using boss's orders on the opponent's benched Miraidon ex and I could not select it. I couldn't even look at it. I could select other pokemon on the bench to bring up, but not miraidon ex. There was 2 Flaafy, one Bibarel on the bench along with an active Regieleki V in the active that just used lightning wall. There were no tools attached to miraidon or any other indicators that it could not be targeted or even looked at.
