Still can't migrate to live

I've been trying to migrate my account to live for more than a month now. I clicked the button to migrate and nothing happened. It (the button) just stopped showing up. I can still log into my old TCG online game. Not one thing carried over. I've been begging tech support for help for over a month and all they say is "Wait indefinitely. We're might look into it eventually." Has anyone had this issue? And more importantly, resolved?
