I agree with this statement. I have currently a dispute with them cus they act so incompetent, now they bluf with closing my account cus i have multiple accounts wich is bs, i have only one account. They said they couldn't watch video files of a current issue i am having. I call bs and they are incompetent

The TCG Live dev team is really bad...
But about the actual support team, so far I have mostly good things to say.
