At present, the game chooses simulataneous effect. In game it should be that the player chooses the effects. For example, in the following video, lucky energy, Entrusted wishes, then gift energy activates. This is not optimal, the best order would be: gift energy, lucky energy, then entrusted wishes. Yeah, you're mistaken. Lucky Energy always happens before the KO, so before Gift Energy.
