Why did a card get traded automatically when I opened the pack?

There was a sweet Professor's Research from the new set that showed up as traded for 100 coins when I opened the pack. I didn't want that to happen. If there's a limit on how many of each card I can own, fine, but warn me and offer to let me trade away a different version!

I had the same issue and I am sad about it 🙁 I think it’s probably a bug and I hope they’ll sort it.

You should have 4 copies of each SV professor research in your collection from the free decks, the one you pulled became 100 credits because you already had 4 copies of that artwork.

You can only have up to the maximum number of playable copies of each individual version of each card. That was your 5th copy of that art, so it's automatically traded. You can't play 5 copies of a card in a deck so you didn't need that copy.

Thanks y'all! You were right - I already had four copies of it. Very cool that they give coins for the extras!
