so theres an issue with Golurk V were one of its attack doesn't work correctly.
the attack is ( Rewind beam 180 - if your opponents active pokemon is an evolved pokemon, devolve it by putting the highest stage evolution back into your opponents hand. )

What does "doesn't work correctly" mean? What happens?

I had the same issue. Rewind beam did not devolve mewtwo vstar to mewtwo v

I figured out what's going on. The game no longer properly detects evolved Pokemon as having evolved. That's why both this and Incineroar's Surprise Attack aren't working.
