BUG: Avatar customization - hair color resets to white after removing hat

As per title. When I select a hat in the avatar customization menu and then remove it, avatar's hair color resets to white.

When changing hats (e.g. a hat is selected and removed, then another hat is selected afterwards), avatar's hair color will be back to normal with the new hat.

When selecting a hat you don't own and then returning to Home menu, the unowned hat is removed but the hair color gets reset to white.

This affects both male and female avatars. Removing or switching glasses does not cause this issue.
