Scarlet & Violet Build & Battle Boxes not showing up in account
As the title implies I redeemed two SVI Build & Battle Boxes and none of cards found in those items were added to my collection, including 2 of the 4 promos included in those items.
And yes, I’ve checked their in-set versions and they weren’t there.

I’ve had the same problem with Build & battle boxes in general ever since migrating. I was hoping they’d have it fixed before SVI dropped, but apparently not.
I did also just redeem a code: surprise, surprise, nothing earned. I can’t even file a bug report about it because that code was from a prerelease event 2 weeks ago; the receipt and the “original packaging” are long gone.

I’ve put in three SVI BB kits and two LOR BB kits and none showed up. All five show as claimed. Nada.

Giving this a bump, the same issue is still present with Paldea Evolved’s B&B Kits.
