Bug with colress's experiment/hisuian heavy ball

I used colress and wanted to select hisuian heavy ball but it didn't let me, none of the other cards had this problem and i used 3 colress all game. I'm not sure if it was a coincidence or what caused the bug but one of my comfey was prized. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
